The JQ Diamonds Guarantee
At JQ Diamonds, we are committed to providing you with excellent service, and that includes regular aftercare - giving you total peace of mind.
With every purchase, you will receive one of our diamond guarantee cards which will ensure your diamond is covered in terms of regular checks, cleaning and valuation updates for its lifetime.
Setting Guarantee
We will guarantee the setting of your diamond jewellery for its lifetime, providing it is inspected by one of our associates every 6 months and any recommended repairs are taken out by JQ Diamonds. It is your responsibility to book an appointment with us when checks are due, to ensure your Promise remains valid. As our Promise covers manufacturing faults and issues arising from workmanship it's worth noting that it does not cover wear and tear, accidental damage, or negligent use. Any remedial work carried out by another jeweller will void this guarantee.
Valuation Update
Due to fluctuations in precious metal and diamond prices, it's important to keep your jewellery valuations up to date. JQ Diamonds will provide you with a free written valuation update on your diamond purchase every three years, thus keeping it up to date. All we request is that you provide all documentation upon request. Valuations are usually completed within 48 hours.
Lifetime Cleaning
We promise to professionally clean and polish your diamond purchase at your request, free of charge. Simply contact us to book in your polish and clean with our goldsmith. Whilst most requests are carried out immediately at our in-house workshop, varying and seasonal trading patterns may on occasion make this impossible. Should this happen, we will be happy to book your jewellery in and have it ready for you to collect at a later date.
Future Discounts
Going forward, you can get 10% off all purchases at JQ Diamonds. Simply bring the price promise card you’ll receive when you buy from us to our store and we’ll honour the discount. As a valued customer of ours, this discount can also be used by your friends and family, as long as they show your Price Promise card.
