How will my jewellery be delivered?

Stock items will be dispatched within 1-2 working days. All items shown on our website are also available for purchase in-store. 

We use Special Delivery with Royal Mail for £10, which guarantees next-day delivery by 1 pm from Monday to Friday, if you place your order before 12 pm. Please note that this does not include weekend delivery, and orders will arrive the following working day after you place your order. 

Please note that we do not currently support international delivery on sonnysjewellers.com. If you live outside the UK and would like to order an item from our store, please contact us directly.

 

How can I track my order?

Once your tracked order has been packed and dispatched, you will receive an email with your Royal Mail tracking number. You can use this number to track the progress of your order.  Please note that it may take a few hours for Royal Mail to scan your package into the system and update the tracking information. If your order was packed on the weekend, the tracking system may not be updated until the next business day.

 

What if I need my jewellery for a specific date?

We offer next-day tracked delivery, but if you require delivery on a specific date, please contact us to arrange an alternative delivery or collection date. You can send us a message or call us on 0121 236 4010.
