We've got your back for life with our setting guarantee! To keep this guarantee going, just pop in to our Birmingham store for a quick check every six months, and if anything needs fixing, let our friendly team at JQ Diamonds take care of it.

Please remember, this covers manufacturing and workmanship matters, but not everyday wear and tear, accidents, or using other jewellers for repairs, which will void the guarantee.

VALUATION UPDATES

Due to fluctuations in precious metal and diamond prices, it's important to keep your jewellery valuations up to date. JQ Diamonds will provide you with a free written valuation update on your diamond purchase every three years, thus keeping it up to date.

All we request is that you provide all documentation upon request. Valuations are usually completed within 48 hours.

LIFETIME CLEANING

We'll happily clean and polish your diamond purchase for free! Just get in touch to schedule a cleaning session with our goldsmith. We usually do it right away in our workshop, but during busy times, it might take a bit longer. Don't worry; we'll make sure it's ready for you to pick up later if needed.
