Refunds can be requested within 14 days of the date of purchase and exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase. If you choose to exchange your item outside of the 14-day refund policy, a refund will not be offered for the exchanged item unless the product is faulty.
Our promise to replace the item or refund your money does not apply to faults or damages caused by accident, neglect or misuse. We will offer a repair service, but it will be chargeable.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of earrings, body piercings or cleaning products if tamper-proof packaging has been removed. This is for hygiene reasons.
We cannot accept return of bespoke jewellery items or pieces that have been engraved, personalised or altered any way. This includes any item that has been sized.
